2013 GMC Acadia Heading to Chicago

When asked about the GMC Acadia, we here at Roper Buick GMC make no effort to hide our love for the lauded SUV. And why would we try to? It excels at delivering superb performance, a comfortable ride, and envious cargo space for its drivers. In fact, we're hard pressed to think of any way that GMC could possibly improve upon the Acadia in its current form.
Amazingly, however, that's exactly what the American automaker plans to do when it unveils the 2013 GMC Acadia in Chicago next month. The vehicle, which was first launched in 2006 as a 2007 model has managed to captivate a wide range of drivers, and with this latest update, GMC is hoping to entice even more. One thing many people are having trouble figuring out, though, is if it's such a highly-anticipated model, why not reveal it at the 2012 North American International Auto Show?
Honestly, it all has to do with the audience. GMC knows that revealing the redesigned Acadia at the 2012 Chicago Auto Show will have much more of an impact than it would at any other event. This is because the Chicago-based expo has been unofficially dubbed the "truck" show by many who attend. So really, a vehicle like the Acadia has a much larger impact if it's revealed in this setting than it would have otherwise.
What do we know about the 2013 Acadia thus far? Absolutely nothing. GMC has kept a tight lid on the details surrounding the project, and from the sounds of it they'll continue to up until the show. For now, however, you can stay up to date on the current new GMC lineup, as well as our lineup of used cars, trucks, and SUVs, simply by contacting us online or by phone at (888) 835-8249.
Our team is more than happy to outline the features and benefits of models like the GMC Sierra 1500, Terrain, and Yukon XL 1500 that we carry here at 808 Illinois Ave Joplin, MO 64801, and even arrange a test drive at your next convenience.
